N-EUPEX DS Elastomer packs

The N-EUPEX coupling is composed of two coupling halves that are placed on the machine shafts. The coupling halves are connected by elastomer packs that are positively connected. The packs of the N-EUPEX DS series are subjected to pressure and bending stress. A characteristic feature is a linear torsion spring characteristic. If the packs are destroyed, the metal parts rotate against each other without contact and the power transmission is separated. The coupling can be made reusable by installing new packs. The overload-disconnect feature of the N-EUPEX DS series is required, for example, in particularly sensitive machines.
