N-EUPEX Elastomer packs

The N-EUPEX coupling is composed of two coupling halves that are placed on the machine shafts. The coupling halves are connected by elastomer packs that are positively connected. The flexible elements of the N-EUPEX coupling are subjected to compressive stress, resulting in a progressive torsion spring characteristic. If the flexible elements are damaged, metal contact of the hub parts occurs. The torque continues to be transmitted as part of an emergency running feature.
