RUPEX Bolts and buffers
The RUPEX coupling consists of two hub parts that are installed on the machine shafts. The hub parts are positively connected with steel bolts and elastomer buffers, and the torque is transmitted via the elastomer buffers, giving the coupling its typical rubber-elastic properties. For sizes up to 360, the pins and buffers are mounted on one side. From size 400 onwards, the pins and buffers are alternately mounted in the hubs.
